Daily Farm Photo 9/8/06: Strike a Pose

I wanna be in pigtures!

There's no other way to say it—this girl was hamming it up for the camera. I just kept talking to her, and she just kept giving me one fabulous pose after another. I had so much fun visiting my friend's farm the other day.

If this photo doesn't make you smile, I don't know what will.

  1. So so so so so super cute! Definitely made me smile -- which I can use as I'm about to go skin another zillion tomatoes to can...

By the way -- great pita recipe... I just finally figured out the trick to making them puff (made the recipe three or four times, no puffing, but delicious)... Guess I had just been rolling them out straight after they rose, but looks like you actually need to re-knead the little balls a little prior to rolling... The one I did that with after it tore as I rolled it out puffed up great! Hooray!

    Love your site,
    Emily

  13. OMG, makes you want to sing about state fairs or something. It's a good thing I don't have a beautiful girl like her about our farm, I'd never eat pork chops again.
BTW, thanks for the Google hint on the sweet potatoes - don't know why I didn't think of that :-) Tina
