I have discovered that rabbits don't eat daffs. next season I plan on growing every variety I can lay my hands on.

I mowed my lawn yesterday. It always amazes me how the country unthaws and unfolds as another winter is put to bed. Daffs are my favorite flower.... until the tulips bloom...and then the dogwoods.... and then the lilacs... and then the lavender.. and then the roses... you get the picture...

Yay, Spring, yay!

Here in San Francisco the cherry blossoms in Golden Gate Park are about to burst into bloom, and the magnolias are already there. I usually force a few daffodils in pots but didn't this year (too busy last fall). Thanks for giving me my fix!
